How to measure

 

Roller Blinds

Inside Mount

Blind to be mounted on the inside of the window frame.
Inside Mount

Width: Take three exact measurements of the width of the window. Use the shortest width measurement.

Inside Mount

Drop: Take three exact measurements of the drop of the window. Use the shortest drop measurement.

 

Outside Mount

Blind to be mounted on the face of the window frame.
Outside Mount

Width: Take three exact measurements of the width of the window. Use the widest measurement.

Outside Mount

Drop: Take three exact measurements of the drop of the window. Use the longest drop measurement.

 

Outside Mount

Blind to be mounted on the wall above the window frame.
Outside Mount

Width: Take three exact measurements of the width of the window and add a minimum of 50 mm to each side of the window frame.

The addition to the size of the window will help to minimize light gaps and obtain maximum privacy.

Outside Mount

Drop: Take three exact measurements of the drop of the window and add a minimum of 70 mm above the window and a minimum of 50 mm to the below of the window frame.

The addition to the size of the window will help to minimize light gaps and obtain maximum privacy.

 

If Fitting Blind into Brick:
Measure from top of the first brick to a minimum of 50mm below window opening or to the floor.

Motorised Curtains

Wall to Wall Mount

Curtain track to be mounted from wall to wall.
Wall to wall

Width: Take a wall to wall measurement at the height that you will be mounting the curtain track.

Over Window

Curtain track to be mounted over window with individual side extend.
Over window

Width: Measure the width of the window and add your individual extend x (a minimum of 50 mm is recommended) to each side of the window frame.
